Morocco, Legzira

Turning my lens towards rust-coloured stone arches, sculpted over time by water and wind. The whimsy and wonder of Morocco’s sweeping coves leave me in awe — a feeling that challenges my understanding of the natural world. Its forceful presence, set against my own insignificance, feels strangely comforting.

As the afternoon sun moves across the red rocks, shape and colour shift with effortless ease. All that remains is the gentle rhythm of the waves, while the arched silhouettes slowly dissolve into the horizon. A quiet sense of solitude lingers in the air as I leave, with a quiet resolve to return.
