My name is Edith Scharloo, a photographer and creative director working across photography and visual storytelling.

I am a visual storyteller at heart, interested in the people, places and stories behind an image. My work moves between portraiture, interiors, branding and art direction, always with a focus on light, atmosphere and the details that make a story feel personal. Based between Leiden and Amsterdam, I work both on location and from my daylight studio in the heart of Amsterdam.

Verhalen vormen de basis van mijn werk. Vanuit mijn daglichtstudio Studio Tori werk ik aan portretfotografie, interieurfotografie en branding voor creatieven, merken en organisaties. Daarnaast werk ik als art-director aan visuele concepten en beeldverhalen, met veel aandacht voor licht, ruimte en sfeer.
